Names That Burn, Part II

The Thread Begins to Fray

Some histories are forgotten.

Others are buried.

As Danny Rose and Esmeralda Wisteria continue their investigation into the tragedy at Mourning Veil, scattered clues begin to reveal a pattern stretching back decades. What first appeared to be an isolated act of violence slowly takes the shape of something deliberate—patient enough to outlive generations, precise enough to erase its own footsteps.

Far from the valley, Captain Marta Rose senses that the mystery has begun to change. What was once a search for answers is becoming a race against something already in motion.

The deeper the truth is buried, the more fiercely it resists being uncovered.
