From a distance, Harbortown looks exactly as it always has.

But appearances have begun to lie.

As quiet moments of forgetfulness give way to something far more unsettling, Captain Marta Rose, Judge Theron, and General Tsao find themselves confronting a truth that cannot be ignored: not every enemy arrives with violence.
